Register your business to have access to CE Registry starting with the overall business information below. Fields marked with a red bar are required. The business name will show up in course searches. Individual providers may use their name as their business name.
Please note the fee structure is as follows:
· Initial Provider Registration Fee $100
· Course Submission Fee $35 per course
· Additional fees may apply for the purchase of course and/or instructor feedback as well as for the addition of more than three (3) administrative users.
Fees are not refundable and not transferable. The FSMTB only accepts VISA or Mastercard as forms of payment.
